Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Bogotá, Colombia to a distribution center in the United States. Due to this international process, delivery may take between 3 to 6 weeks. The store is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged packages, or parcels returned due to being unclaimed. In the event of a return, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. If an item arrives bent or damaged by customs, customers are encouraged to get in touch to address the issue on a case-by-case basis. Please note that replacements and reshipping from Bogotá may require additional charges.

Sooo cute!!

I loveee all 3 of my adorable high quality prints that ordered from ruttu ruttu, such cool art they look so pretty on my wall! The package they came in had awesome holographic stickers and cards inside as well and a personalised message with my name on, so I’m really pleased!! <3 (arrived sooner than expected as well)
