Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Bogotá, Colombia to a distribution center in the United States. Due to this international process, delivery may take between 3 to 6 weeks. The store is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged packages, or parcels returned due to being unclaimed. In the event of a return, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. If an item arrives bent or damaged by customs, customers are encouraged to get in touch to address the issue on a case-by-case basis. Please note that replacements and reshipping from Bogotá may require additional charges.

Over the Pond & far away

Hi I have posted on social media already about how remarkably good my parcel from the art of Ruttu arrived. Having survived a trans Atlantic trip. Contense was all intact with a few extra goodies which was a nice surprise.
However there was wear and tear on the cardboard packaging the seam was torn on the outer envelope only about 6 inches. But that's to be expected on such a long journey.

But obviously the stunning Ruttu artwork print was fabulous its all about supporting fellow artists. & I'm over the moon that I now own a piece. Plus a bonus sticker and another poster.
