Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from Bogotá, Colombia to a distribution center in the United States. Due to this international process, delivery may take between 3 to 6 weeks. The store is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged packages, or parcels returned due to being unclaimed. In the event of a return, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. If an item arrives bent or damaged by customs, customers are encouraged to get in touch to address the issue on a case-by-case basis. Please note that replacements and reshipping from Bogotá may require additional charges.
