Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Bogotá, Colombia to a distribution center in the United States. Due to this international process, delivery may take between 3 to 6 weeks. The store is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged packages, or parcels returned due to being unclaimed. In the event of a return, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. If an item arrives bent or damaged by customs, customers are encouraged to get in touch to address the issue on a case-by-case basis. Please note that replacements and reshipping from Bogotá may require additional charges.

This piece along with the other pieces & things I ordered are spectacular. I even went & had custom made frames for all the prints I bought. I've been following this artist for years but never bought. I finally decided to do a little test run & see how it turns out. I'll DEFINATELY be purchasing more, I'm VERY impressed. Even the communication about tracking during the shipping process, was handled very well. People that have seen the items I bought are all impressed too. Great quality, gorgeous designs, unique.
