I NTERNATIONAL: 12-28 BUSINESS DAYS

5. ORIGINAL WORKS
All the products that you purchase on this website have guarantees. When you purchase an original work, Ruttu will issue a Certificate of Authenticity of the work, signed.
The delivery of the sold product will be made through the company of National Postal Services 4-72 located in Colombia, DHL Express or USPS, who will be the exclusive and direct responsible for the delivery of the product.

7. DELIVERY PERIOD AND EXCEPTIONS

7.1 UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In case of receiving the product in a wrong size, design, reference or the product is defective, the buyer will have the right to a change in their product in common agreement with Ruttu, via email email@example.com. however, return costs will be borne by the buyer and shipping costs for replacement merchandise will be borne by Ruttu.
Only returns that meet the following requirements are accepted:

Once the status of the returned merchandise is verified, the replacement merchandise will be shipped.
Ruttu will reverse the payment made in case of fraud or the payment operation of the product has not been requested and this is verifiable.
The refund, in case of returns, will be made once you have received the returned merchandise or present a proof of return with a verifiable guide number.
*In case of opting for the cancellation of an order placed, Ruttu undertakes to make the refund of the amount paid within a period of no more than 10 calendar days from the communication sent to the seller, the contracting of the service being totally extinguished.
